Talbert Art Return Policy

For Original Paintings:

• Returns: Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged.

• Process:

  • Contact us at matt@talbertart.com within 14 days to request a return authorization.

  • Provide photos of the artwork and packaging to verify condition.

  • Ship the artwork using a professional art shipping service with tracking and insurance (buyer covers return shipping).

• Refunds: Issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, minus original shipping costs.

• Non-Returnable: Custom commissions or paintings altered by the buyer are non-returnable.
