Talbert Art Return Policy

For Original Paintings:

• Limited Returns: Original paintings are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval, due to their unique nature.

• Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, with the included certificate of authenticity.

• Process:

  • Contact us at matt@talbertart.com within 7 days to request a return authorization.

  • Provide photos of the artwork and packaging to verify condition.

  • Ship the artwork using a professional art shipping service with tracking and insurance (buyer covers return shipping).

• Refunds: Issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs.

• Non-Returnable: Custom commissions or paintings altered by the buyer are non-returnable.
